It is close 2330 hrs and I see a blazing red Suzuki Swift standing under the shade of a mango tree. The roof, white, reflecting back the moonlight. Inside a person, listening to music and reading a magazine. I look at the amazing looking vehicle. I say wow... the owner must have some real nice choice of colours.
A few minutes pass by as I am appreciating the look of the car, and a young gentleman, in a cool T-Shirt, shorts and keds, steps out of the car, holding a bottle of water. Walks around the car stretching his legs. Finally stands under the mango tree looking out for somebody. And soon a young lady comes by holding a parcel of coffee's from Barista off Law College Road.
Till then this gentleman, drops the empty bottle on the roadside. Now it is the turn of the coffee mug lids... I just keep watching them and wondering is the same breed of indians who leaves india saying "it is a dirty place and nobody bothers".
Finally, I decide to get that gentleman to pick up his stuff. The camera and it's flash!! Amazing.. i get out my camera and fire random flashes in their direction.
A few shots and I an hear indian voice with a hint of american accent in it, "Is that a new camera you got?", I reply back "Nope", in an equally accented voice. "Are you making pictures?", "Yes, ofcourse!", I reply back. "Are you making picture of me?", "Nope, not interested!". And a few more pleasant words are exchanged.
The young man starts walking back to the car, and I remind him that he had dropped a few precious items behind his car. The young man, walks back, picks up his stuff and drops it in the back of his car.
I hope the young man remembers that he ought to put his "kachara" in a bin and not throw it around on the road.
