Can you tell me which firmware your modem had while doing this setup. I don't seem to find "Setup" tab in my modem. Also, my modem can be accessed on http://10.1.1.1.
DSL-G604T firmware

Setup tab is available for firmware versions V1.00B02T02.EU.20040818 or lower. For higher versions it is replaced by a setup wizard.
You can still configure same settings for dataone connection through wizard mode. (Refer My page for the dataone specific connection details.)

Please note that the configurations given in this pdf are not same as that for dataone. That is just a sample to show how you can configure same settings through wizard.
Also note that the default address of modem is 192.168.1.1. You might have changed it in your case.
Successful Installation
Hi Himanshu,
I was successful configuring G604T finally.
The default address for my modem was 10.1.1.1 and firmware is V1.00B06.AU (Australian, Revision VA3).
It was just a silly mistake - all had to do was change the default IP address to 192.168.1.1.
