I have been a subscriber of YOU Telecom (originally Iqara) ever since it started serving in Pune. The reason I subscribed to their services that they were using the world class service network of fiber optic cables of the Indian Railways for landing the connection in Pune from Surat.
I knew using this infrastructure I shall get good quality service!
However this did not remain true for a long time. The services degraded as time passed. Numerous complaints were launched with YOU Telecom (Iqara) but to no avail. Later I decided to call upon the bosses at YOU Telecom (Iqara).
I got in touch with Mr. EVS Chakravarthy, CEO, YOU Telecom (Iqara). I was pleasantly surprised to get a reply from him and also he mentioned his personal mobile number. On speaking with him, and letting him know about my disappointment about the responses from the customer care, he mentioned that, I may launch a complaint with the customer care as a formality and then convey my complaint number to Mr. Rahul Shah, who will be following up with my complaint. This arrangement worked fine for sometime, but later on Mr. Shah started ignoring my calls and did not answer at all!!
Later on decided to part with YOU Telecom (Iqara).
After a gap of nearly 1 - 1 1/2 years, I HAD to subscribe to YOU Telecom (Iqara). Initially I subscribed to UN450 (96kbps) un-metered download line. The quality if service was good, so I decided to upgrade to UN1500 (256kbps).
The moment I upgraded problems started!!! Never did I get a speed of more than 100kbps. On registering a complaint, I was told, UN1500 plan has a UPTO 256kbps line and YOU Telecom (Iqara) cannot gaurantee me 256 kbps!! On enquiring what is the minimum speed guaranteed I was informed by customer care that it should be 100kbps!
I wrote back to Mr. Chakravarthy and informed him that I cannot pay Rs. 1000 for 146kbps, which YOU Telecom (Iqara) cannot gaurantee me!! On this his reply to me was as mentioned below
"In the broadband industry today , other than lease lines, no guarantee on speed is normally given. That is why even TRAI has stipulated a "UPTO" speed and not a minimum guarantee speed.
Therefore we will not be able to guarantee minimum guaranteed speed under this plan.
The only way we can guarantee minimum speed limit is on a lease line."
I have asked him for a document from in which TRAI has mentioned whatever he has claimed.
I now await for his answer. Till then this is what TRAI has put up on their website.
TRAI broadband policy states,
Keeping in view the present status, Broadband connectivity is defined at present as
“An ‘always-on' data connection that is able to support interactive services including Internet access and has the capability of the minimum download speed of 256 kilo bits per second (kbps) to an individual subscriber from the Point Of Presence (POP) of the service provider intending to provide Broadband service where multiple such individual Broadband connections are aggregated and the subscriber is able to access these interactive services including the Internet through this POP. The interactive services will exclude any services for which a separate license is specifically required, for example, real-time voice transmission, except to the extent that it is presently permitted under ISP license with Internet Telephony.”

Feedback from Iqara (YOU) team:
1) My account has been used on 11th May 07 and consumed 250MB in a two hour session
a. How is this possible? Every time, when we tried to access, it was redirecting us to iqara recharge page. 250 MB in two hours, I can’t even attempt that. Also confirming that there is no virus in my system; as MacAfee personal firewall and anti-virus is sitting to monitor & protect.
Solution:
1) Cancel my IQARA account & refund the amount I refilled on 5th May 07 OR
2) Give me access for the amount I have renewed; resolve this by 29th May 07
Also to note, am going to upgrade my OS on PC this Saturday. If your person wants to inspect my system, then he is welcome before that (evening after 7pm). Else, he has to visit my home in any-case, either to install WINPOET or to remove IQARA broadband connection from my home.

Well …what to say about You Telecom … One of the most terrible internet service providers I have ever used in my life. They have problem in their each and every department no matter whether it is registration, billing, customer service, Technical support or any thing else.
You Telecom’s marketing people will tell you lie left, right and centre at the time of taking connection and later on when you will ask You Telecom, you will be told to see in the back of registration form receipt where they have written in font size 4-5, “Marketing person might promise you something which You Telecom can not provide, however marketing individual tell that to get the connection”. Example: I was told that RS. 250/- is refundable amount which you will get back once you have surrender the connection. Later on when I checked with You Telecom, they simply refused it.
The person who came to my place for installation etc, he was unable to open windows explorer on my computer. At that time I was not at home, he tried some thing and went back just like that in between. Later on when I called this guy what happened? He said your computer is not compatible. So you can guess the expertise You Telecom folks got. Afterward another person came who could manage to install. However he was not aware of anything else other than just installation.
Well it is not end yet …
After using 15 days internet I got a bill or RS. 657, which actually suppose to be around 200/-. I called You Telecom’s customer service left and write. Every time I called them, I get new request number but no response. 15th was last date for payment so after waiting until 14th I paid amount RS. 657 on 15th for which I have got receipt also. Again Next month bill came with late fees charges RS. 50. We went to You Telecom about same and meet the same person (Sunil) who collected the bill previous month, you know what was his explanation, “You paid the bill on 15th but we got it deposit on 16th and hence there is late fees and we can not remove it, you have pay that”. Is it not hilarious?
I do not want to talk about number of times service is unavailable because of You Telecom’s unplanned outage and up-gradation.
So guys and girls, think at least a 1000 times before go for You Telecom connection. If you need more feedback, call me on my cell 9967368800.

Unfortunately your ISP is right and you are wrong
The actual connectivity of pure 256 Kbps costs your ISP about 5-10 times more than he is charging you for. And it is kind of a shared link between different subscribers. The solution is to get more content in India itself. Have more traffic go through peering/local datacenters than monopolistic Internet Gateways of VSNL. Unfortunately your ISP is right about the link "has the capability of the minimum download speed of 256 kilo bits per second (kbps) to an individual subscriber from the Point Of Presence (POP) of the service provider intending to provide Broadband service". So what is guaranteed is only POP to your location a 'capacity' of 256 Kbps and nothing else for your connection to be called broadband.

Mr. Dua, I care a little of what it cost the ISP!! If they are offering me at a certain price, some brilliant heads must have thought of those prices!! This line is mentioned by TRAI not my ISP!!!

Ok lets recap. Your ISP hasn't promised a minimum commitment but their support provides you information on what you can hope to get when you buy a plan. They are not violating any guidelines from TRAI. At the most you can have a go at them for providing insufficient information.
Not trying to sound an apologist for your ISP, OPs offline conversations with me seem to indicate that your ISP doesn't have a lot of clue on how to operate. But the major reasons for this rotten state of affairs lies with our monopolist big ISPs and ineffective/misguided interference from the Govt. and/or regulatory authorities.
To be fairer to the smaller ISPs. A small ISP gets no peering with large ISPs/Datacenters in India and doesn't own any content and consequently has no practically no "free" bandwidth creation going on for it. It pays for premium 1:1 bandwidth from large ISPs( the monopolists ) and guess what the SLAs and TRAI regulations bear no teeth over here as well. So this "poor" aggregator of bandwidth can only hope to stay in the space till situation automagically improves due to falling bandwidth prices due to surge in consumer demand by keeping prices low and over-committing bandwidth.
It is a chicken and egg situation for the Indian ISPs. There is no local content because the number of broadband connections is low. There are no good broadband connections because there is so little local content to serve and dependence is exclusively on expensive international bandwidth which is controlled by large ISPs in India.
Yes some of the larger ISPs are able to provide slightly better services than you indicate by aggregating a larger subscriber base and actually losing a bit of money in the consumer Internet space . I don't have supporting numbers but most ISPs indicate that the corporate Internet is more expensive because the ISPs need to recoup the losses on consumer Internet businesses.

According to the answer to the first question, broadband connection is the one having speed more than 256kbps.
Also have a look at section 1.3 from Consultation Paper 24 May 2006 No. 7
Why does YOU telecom call their service as broadband then? I could understand a deviation of around 30-50 kbps. But here you are getting less than 50% speed. This is clear cheating.
Go to the consumer court and follow up the case. Ask for refund.
Sadly, this is the first time I am seeing Govt. service (BSNL) performing better than private services. Not that they provide very good customer service. But they at least deliver what they promise.

I am also planing for the same to take this You telecom in front of Justice. Because I am also having a very bad experience with them.
Previously in the month of Sep 1st Week I had made an inquiry with You telecom talking to there Call Center and I came to know that they are giving promise of 24 Kilobytes Download for 192 Kbps Unlimited plan. After that giving all the deposit and everthing to their sales executive. I got a connection on 9th Sep. night 10:PM the person Mr. Pavan has came to my house to install the connection with the old Modem. I told him at the same time why are you putting old modem he told me that it was given by the company to me. At the same time after installation of the modem he told me to check the speed. Sitting him i checked the speed and i was getting a speed of 4 Kilobytes per second. Seeing this I was really very happy and suddenly I lunched a complaint for the same. He told me that it couldnt be resolved rightnow so He and his incharge will come on nextday but no one came on the next day. Suddenly Mr Srinivas Came to visit my house on Tuesday 12:30 PM and the sit for 6 Hrs (i.e. till 6:30) and then he showed me the speed of 16 Kbps which is not as per my plan but he told that due to more traffic i am able to get this but he told that in the night i will get 24KB. I aggreed and he went. Next day morning when i started my computer again i got the same speed that is 8 Kilobyte. Suddenly I gave a call to srinivas after talking to him he told me to reopen the log which I logged to call center on 9th night. When I gave a call to call center they told me that this log has been already closed on Monday morning at 10:28 by Mr Pavan. I asked to call center executive to check it out properly when he told me that he is very much sure. I told him that ur executive has visited my house on Tuesday then how it is possible that it can be closed on monday. He told me that Mr Pavan has done the same. I put Mr Pavan in the conference with the call center and asked him the same. he aggreed all the things and the same thing was informed to the Hyderabad City Incharge Mr Reddy. But he didnt take anysteps for the same. after 2 days I got the speed of 10 Kbps but then i came to know that nothing is going to happen giving call to you telecom peoples becasue in this thing I made my mobile Bill of Rs 500/-
After completion of 1 Month I have received the bill and again i made a call to call center people and I informed her regarding the speed and to collect the payment.
After getting to this I got a call on Thursday but due to some problem The call got disconnected which i have received from the hyderabad Head Office.
Friday I gave a call to you telecom renewal department and told asked her that whether you had given me a call yesterday. A Lady called Jansi had given me a call I told her regarding the network speed issue and told her to show me the speed of 24 Kilobyte for 1 day in my house and collect the payment.
She told me that she will forward the complaint to the technical person and soon it will be solved. after some time she gave me a call and told that "Sir our technical team persons are telling that what the speed you are getting is ok and you will get that only." and she added that if you want to talk to your technical person Mr. Srinivas I can join him in the conference. I told her that can your technical person Mr. Srinivas how gave you this information can tell this thing infront of your Call Center person.
I told her that You join mr srinivas and I will join your call center executive and let Mr Srinivas give this information that in Hyderabad (Chaitaniyapuri and Dilsukhnagar) area he is going to provide the speed of 10 Kilobytes only. Let your all Call Center executives come to know that you are supplying to the customers.
She kept me on hold and informed the same to Mr. Srinivas but later when she came back to talk with me she told that Mr. Srinivas has gone for a tea Break.
Later she added that she will give me a call back within half an hour when Mr Srinivas is coming back but still today Monday 1:15 Pm no one has given a call back.
But talking to Jansi i got one thing on saturday night that was I got a download speed of 3-4 Kilobytes speed
Really Brother if you are going to have a new connection pls dont take the connection of You Telecom India Private Ltd.(Iqara).
I would really say you one thing dont come to the world of You Telecom.
If you are already a customer of Iqara and facing the problem with You Telecom then please send me a email because if I will be getting more then 100 Emails I am ready to give this issue in Press and News Channels...

Mine is the same story with Iqara from pune. I went in for Night Angel plan and within a span of 2 months I was a dis-satisfied and frustrated customer already.
Four consecutive complaints about bandwidth were closed without any action. Being Night Angel my connection would start at 10:00 PM and end at 10:00 AM. If I started sharp at 10 I would get speeds of 15-20KBps only for about 25 minutes. after that it would rapidly fall down to 3KBps !! within the next 20 minutes.
This is a VERY SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS.
The system is such that the customer is never talking to any one responsible. And even if you end up catching one... it yields no results.
The best part of the procedures is when you have to terminate the account ... you need to go in person and give a "written" application.
My serious advice to any one reading this would be against subscribing to YOU Telecom.

same story repeats here again, "you" big on promises zilch on delivery, and not to mention their world class "customer service"...non existent... am attaching copies of the various emails i sent to their customer service email addresses, faxes sent to their corporate office and also of course the calls to the call centre, i'm yet to hear from them....
"thinrhino" dude, got to hand it to you, keep up the good fight, would be highly obliged if you could fwd the CEO's contact details, hey another suggestion, would getting in touch with their big bosses in the US of A..if nothing else their customer service would improve... it needs a big kick anyways... any suggestions/contact info would be welcome...

it is therefore requested that the problem be addressed immediately failing which i would be forced to resort to a request for immediate disconnection and refund of installation charges

the above mentioned connection under the 96 kbps unlimited plan was connected up today around an hour back (01/12/06 1500 h).......
it is with great disapppointement that i wish to convey that the
connectivity speeds offered are abysmal , during the course of 1 hour
of personal testing carried out they have seldom incresed beyond
10kbps during download and are even even worse while browsing content
heavy websites. If you so wish you can send the service engineer to
verify it for yourself , the poor connectivity as a complaint has also
been communicated in writing to the service engineer who was sent for
fitment but he expressed his unability to do anything.
i request an immediate redressal of grievance and expect a substantial
improvement in performance in the coming days. If however the
performance remins to be as bad as i am getting now, i shall have no
option but to request for termination of contract with a full and
complete refund of the installation charges . I shall like to remind
you that the performance i am getting is way below the speeds as
stipulated in the deal bordering on reneging on contract. Though a
variation up/down is acceptable, i will like to reinstate that getting
10% of what i have paid for is certainly not acceptable.

J's resort - Kodaikanal are internet cheaters & fraud.
We 2 couples planned for this new year 2007 trip to Kodai. We booked a resort (J's Heritage- Kodai) in internet by seeing their attractive offers.
After going there we faced a tough time with them and had a very very bad experience. It is just like a hell and they spoiled our New year plan completely. The view we got when we see their site in internet is completely different when we reached there.
The way they handle their customers is completely disgusting.
In internet they mentioned below services will be provided and actual fact there is as below,
Room service:
Nothing we have seen like that. Telephone will not work. Even if u want to call reception, you have to call from your mobile to one person & he hardly bother about ur call. The clothes in bed will be very old & not properly washed. If u order food they will force u to come and have food at boffay. They dont have anything which is known as ROOM SERVICE.
Hot water:
No water facility. Even drinking water will not be available in our room. The time when we reached there was Dec. 06 which is extremely cold. They didnt provide us hot water properly. Initially they said 24 hours running hot water will be available. But the reality is one person will take a bucket full of hot water and run to you room. (hope this is running water facility in their dictionary..)
The ultimate thing is before going to dinner they charged Rs. 150/- per plate and after dinner the supervisor Mr. Shanmugam is coming with a bill of Rs.200/- per head and tellling us to sign..!!!
The manager Mr. John is also an outstanding person. We paid money
to him to book our return tickets. In the final minute, he said seats are confirmed in Parveen travels and when we reached there the travels guy said there are only three seats confirmed & fourth seat is a cabin seat....!!! I suffered the whole day sitting in cabin seat.
Not only me. Hope many people would have faced these kind of worst experience in Kodai because of them.

The govt. services of BSNL do really score over these suckers by atleast delivering what they promise, but the services of MTNL are as crapy if not crapier than the rest of the pack of these losers!!!
i too thought of draggin them to consumer courts like a couple of the guys did over here but those proceedings have had absolutely no effect on these HARD-SKINNED a$$holes.
I really want to teach them a lesson but don't know what to do!!!

Seeing so many ppl getting cheated i just wanted to know Mr. Chakravarthy's mail id. This is getting to be too repetitive. Useless customer service and false promises. Wont' trouble you with my complains. Just that this is the 4th day that the complain is still going on. I hope to get this matter escalated.

I TOTALLY agree with all of YOU telecom Subscribers and would share my story,I took UN650 192Kbps Plan from them,for 2 months it worked fine,i got a dl speed of 22kb/s !!! after that i started gettin 5-12kb/s speed,i wasted 500rs in calling call centre, I am very angry considering i am a computer engineer student final year. YOU TELECOM IS A CHEAT. I've proof of their deeds. :D i'l see the their faces on these facts
They Blocked mostly all P2P apllications.
When ur download limit reaches arnd 10-12gb for a Unlimited plan they start cutting costs by cutting the speed of User to gain their profits.

I agree with all of you too! YOU telecom Subscribers. I share the same experience as you all. This is complete harassment and day light robbery. You telecom is a complete cheat. They don't bother to provide any kind of service, forget good.
I have experienced the same under UN650.... speed drops to 1kbps.... unlimited package gets limited......
We all should gather and raise a voice against companies like these. They sure dont care. They have a head office in Goregaon where the CEO operates from. We need to make sure he is held responsible and returns all paid money by sunscribers 10 times. corporates like these should be banned and made sure nobody uses their facilities.

Yes guys the story of cheating continues.... heres me another victim of this company's big stories... had a connection of 92 kbps earlier and before taking the connection was told that my plan would be postpaid i.e. i will pay at the end of the month for the internet used for the month and when i requested them to get me connected suddenly one fine day the network guy comes in and says sir u need to pay for this pan in advance and that is what we mean by postpaid plans... THATS THEIE ENGLISH postpaid plans means you have to pay a the begnining of the month for the internet to be used... still agreeing to this crap i kept paying regularly... then thought of increase the speed to 192 kbps unlimited wherein i was promissed to get a download speed of 25-30 kbps... which i have not seen till now... the download speed never went above 11 kbps... even letting this go then i planned to get my plan changed to MB based plan and there started a new problem the internet gets connected for 10 minutes and then it disconnects...
Then cam another story wherein i was charged 330/- for using internet for 7 days!!!! can anyone belive this!!! im still under shock and when asked for an explanation as to how was i charged and give me the bifurcation of the charges i was kept on hold for 30 minutes and still no answer... these ppl truly have a very pathetic service... infact i think these guys are having some tie ups with the mobile/landline phone companies coz the end result of calling these guys is nothing but paying higher phone bills just bcoz these morons not doing there work and cheating ppl...

Here's my story. Its regarding payments.
1. Oct 07 - They said they will send their reps to collect payment. I called and asked them to come. They came on 31st Oct. I got a Rs.50 fine for late payment in the next month's bill. I called the Chennai Office and refused to pay. They said "Ok, sir."
2. Nov 07 - I did not receive the bill. So i kept quiet. During the last week of Nov. one guy called me and said bills were lost in transit around the country and he promised to resend it soon.
3. Dec 07 - I did not get the bills this time as well. Tired of calling them, i located a drop box and dropped a cheque on 22nd Dec.
4. Jan 07 - In the bill posted in their website, i saw Rs.50 fine for late payment for Dec. !! Again i complained and they assured it ll be cancelled. But not yet done..
5. Feb 07 - Now my bill at the site showed me Rs.331. I dropped a cheque for Rs.231 (i m not gonna pay that 100 bugs) on 13th Feb.
6. Mar 07 - Voila !! Today i saw in their site that i ve not paid the bill for Feb. and again i ve a late payment !!!
Believe it or not, during my last 6 months experience with You telecom, i would have spent a minium of Rs.200 in phone calls !!
No where in the world except India, such companies exist. They ought to be banned from business for their non responsiveness to customers and poor servicing..

I donno what these people r cribbing about...I have been using You telecom's connection for past 2 months...and it works like a charm...
I am on 512 kbps limited plan and I usually get 400 to 500 kbps speed...:P...costs just 700 bucks a month...:P
All my P2P stuff works just fine...i use uTorrent mostly....
I have downloaded whole games and Linux distros in 1-2 hrs max....
Man I think the one's sufferring r the cheapskates who go for UNLIMITED plans...or night time unlimited stuff...
What the hell do u expect...even T1 lines go slow when thousands of users start downloading...bandwidth doesn't grow on trees u kno...:P
you telecom customer care is worst in service
about 15 days back i regestered complain, as my internet was not working and was showing error 678. I called at you telecom. The customer care operator said that some cable work was going on so, i could not establish the connection. He also said that it would be established within 24 to 48 hrs.
But from last 15 days the connection is not established, Daily I am calling up the you telecom customer care and daily they were promising to resolve the problem within next 24-48 hrs.
From last 15 days I am sufferring because of them and i have now decided to throw up my you telecom connection and take up any other new service

Aircel Prepaid Chennai - Cheating the Subscribers

I have been using Aircel Prepaid connection for 2 months, I have not been subscribed for any service like caller tune, sms banking..
Suddenly without my notice the amount has been deducted from my account. When I called customer support they are answering me automatically the amount will be deducted whether you need service or not for which I have not asked, they ensure that their answers are also quite IRRELEVANT and always I find them to be most ANNOYING and IRRITATING.
Without getting confimation from me either sms confirmation or over phone whether I need this service or not, just because my money is lying with Aircel, Chennai
(aircel) is utilizing and cheating the customer. Why should we give away our hard-earned money to Aircel.
How many of us have been cheated everyday by these companies.Just imagine how many subscribers might be paying more rental for not needed the service even without their knowledge this is a case of cheating. These companies are swallowing the public money by these type of techniques and earning from consumers, this method has to be stopped immediately.
I am very much worried for our people, so many people does not know to read SMS in English, the Aircel Customer support has to call the customer brief them about their products & services clearly based on their approval only they have to activate service.
I believe that you would take this issue to TRAI.
Please help us. Kindly take some action on these companies.

you telecom has proved to be a really irritating and hopeless broadband service provider. BSNL is far better. I share the same anguish and hate for you telecom. many subscribers have given their views on the net , yet they are getting new customers. I think all professinals should reveal in their group the poor services offered.

I have taken “you “ net connection 10 months back.
Actually I wanted to take net connection AIR Tel or
TATA Indicom..
“You” people came to my room they told. You Broadband
is better then AIRTEL /Indicom
While taking the net connection you people told me
that
1) This is the post-paid connection
2)”Bill will come at the end of the month” for that
month.
3) While taking the action “you people will contact
the customers”.
4) Good customer care.
Now my Problems start
After 1 month they have sent 2 months bill.
I have asked what is this??
They told that this is post paid ( I think they don’t
know what is post paid. Postpaid
means after using service you will pay the bill ).
You have to pay 1 month before.
I said” disconnect the connection “pay remaining
amount “. But they have not disconnected and they have
accepted to collect the bill at the end of the month.
So from starting onwards I am paying the bill at the
end of month only.
Last month (June) they have disconnected 29days (no
net connection).
And they are asking to pay the June month Bill,
Due to non-payment of June month they have
disconnected again on July 17th.
I have asked regarding this, they have promised me
that they will check it out & solve this issue.
But there is no response.
Initially I don’t know about how “you broadband is”
Now I can write slogan “ “ You Broadband ” is only for
money with out service “
At last I can say one thing “ Good will comes only
with good service not with money.
If it possible solve this issue

I I had subscribed for 2048 kbps speed of You Telecom and actually I am getting around 70 to 80 kbps only. This is absolute cheating. Moreover, the connection works for one day and then next day it will not be working. You have to call customer service for resotration of service. Since July (from the date of availaing their service) I had called their customer service more than 20 times for resotoration of service. At one strectch it was not working for about 15 days. Whatever emails you sent to customercare, no reply will come. Will someone at the higher level in the company look into my problems?
You Telecom is Pathetic
I am using it when it started in Pune. It is hopeless, poor customer support 70% downtime. Its a piece of shit !!! they don't know what customer service is all about. They have all the time in sending you sms to pay promptly but they do not give service on time. I will recommend people to go to some standard service provider like Reliance or Hathway in pune.

ThePossibly the worst service....the people equally competing with the sevice....got the connection in 25days (after 3 visits to their office)....pathetic behaviour and most of the times phone is not attended by the customer care... everyobe brushes off the problems with the same reason saying 'they can't do anything'

I am on a 192kbps line ... supposedly.... but I'm only getting bout 20 - 60kbps.... and hell sure that the guys at You have blocked my P2P.... all my movie and music downloads have stopped .... Bitcomet shows a max of only 2KBps ....and a single movie takes bout 3-4 weeks at at that rate....!!
No body from the you customer support has helsped or called back!!
I think I'm spending more money just calling the F^%$#rs!!!

Hope so enjoying the life after fucking all of us in the disguise of YouTelecom.....But I want to ask you 1 question u didn't get some good bastards in whole of bangalore for ur infantry road bangalore office.Wake up chakrawarthy or you will be on road if the services of ur company will remain the same....Your employees at bangalore office seems like buggers and dull people,it could be better if you could have hired some responsible and hard working people for ur company instead of ppl who know very well how to beefool their customers as well beefooling you also....Whomever I communicated at blore office I found that person to be highly unprofessional and totally irresponsible......I am having doubt on u also whether you have opened this shop to ruin ppl looting their hard earned money and close the shutter one day.....Friends let me know tell u what sort of company is this,this company dont have broadband modems with them to install and are charging the hugh chunk of money (approx. 3 times what the airtel is charging).Its already 15 days since I gave them the money and as of now I havent got any broadband connection and u know what these ppl dont have even that much courtesy to call u back.You have to call them some 50-60 times for the connection and still nobody will be there to hear u......Indian panel court should have some laws to take action against them and should panelis them.....Blore infantry road office people have no atitude to work,very rude in communicating with the customers and atlast refusing to refund the money back to the customers......Toh bhaiya paisa bhi gaya,time bhi gaya aur net connection bhi nahin mila......

Im short of time now to explain my experience. But, nothing different from the above friends experiences. I opt YOU for no reason and im paying for that. Im just planning to disconnect it frm nex month.
Is there any way to keep YOU before COURT? Let us think that way instead of wasting time and money on calling CC/Tech support of YOU. Instead we use that time and money on keepin YOU as a victim before COURT.
